There is a curriculum that enables students to learn how to negotiate to learn. This is important because students in Zambia, Africa need to pay to stay in school while students in the United States are forced to go to school. “If you need to ask something, you need to tell them what you want.” How deep is this? Our students here in the US get kicked out of school and are truant but some students throughout the world crave the opportunity.
When money is at stake, people eventually learn to care more about what they are doing. Case in point would be going to college. As a high school student in an urban area, would you care more if you had to pay for college? Assuming the average student won’t get a scholarship to pay for half (or more) of their education. How serious would you take you opportunity?
